The state
ushers have an extensive view of the responsibilities of
ushers in the local church. This year President
Dudley is encouraging our churches to get CPR
certification for our usher boards, especially those who
work with children in the nursery or children's church.
Also this is the time to get a First Aid Kit if you
don't already have one. Have a fire drill to
ensure the members are prepared in the event of an
emergency. These are a few of the initiatives the
MOMBSC ushers are teaching. As always, please
support the shoe rally as it is the means by which we
operate in the state and national program. The
shoe rally program asks that each state usher donate his
or her shoe size monthly, sending the funds in to the
state treasurer. |
